Take out Vancouver
With all restaurants closed for in-house dining, and most of us having to stay in all the time, it’s time to support the local restaurants and cafes with take-out.
It's so nice to see that people in Vancouver are actively seeking take-out and delivery from local restaurants. Me and my partner are trying our best to order in at least twice a week. I'm very serious about not leaving the house during the quarantine, and since going grocery shopping is not really an option, ordering groceries has been very complicated recently, so ordering in and supporting local businesses is a win-win for sure.
Here’s my list of places offering take out and this is why I love these places and why I recommend them:
Take out Pizza:
Awesome place to have vegan pizza, me and Lucas are not vegans but we enjoyed the pizza so much! I am amazed with all the flavors and the almond crust is just the yummiest! I've got their Freaky Greeky pizza. It's a pesto based pizza topped with cashew feta, garlic, tomato, olives and red onion. The pizza is loaded with ingredients, I loved it so much I can't wait to order it again! I highly recommend this place, would choose their pizza any day without thinking twice! Friendly staff and great service.
Take out Korean grill:
My boyfriend Lucas never has to ask me what I would like to order for our night in. He knows I would never say no to Disco Cheetah. My Ultimate Take out Food Disco Cheetah, best tofu I've ever had! Love their choice of rice, salad or fries. I normally go with a combination of veggies and rice. Love the sauces - Vegan Plum Mayo and Chili Mayo sauces are my favorite! My boyfriend is a huge fan of their KFC and fries! With Chili Chili sauce and Chili Mayo sauce. Really good value for amazing food! 5 Stars!
Kind cafe offers a huge variety of vegan food, coffees and desserts. I love their Carrot Lox Bagel, it's my favorite. Their bowls are great as well. My favorite is Mediterranean Bowl with Falafel, so good! If I am having Kind Cafe's food I am also getting their Blue Lavender specialty latte. It has blue-green algae, maca, cinnamon, mct oil, lavender. SO DELICIOUS! Golden Sunshine that contains turmeric, lucuma, house spice blend, tahini is my second fave here.
Mongolian style build your own bowl:
This is my recommendation for anyone who loves delicious, healthy & hearty meal.
It's basically build your own bowl style. You also get unlimited amount of veggies in your meal! They offer quite a range of high quality ingredients to choose from. Try it yourself and you will be satisfied, I promise!
To go along with our awesome build yourself bowls you can order a fresh squeezed juice or a smoothie.
You get to choose the fruits or veggies that will go into your glass and the they freshly squeeze it for you!
