I love cookies. I’m talking soft, thick, chewy, ooey-gooey perfection. Actually all cookies... Whatever cookies. I’ll take five please.
I've got Easter cookie mix in a jar from Jars by Jodi ready to be baked. And I am here in front of my computer typing as fast as I possibly can, so when I am done I can run to the kitchen and start making my cookies!
Jars by Jodi started when Jodi and her husband were newly married and on a limited budget while still wanted to give quality Christmas gifts to their extended family. They came up by the idea mason jar mixes as "quality gifts on a budget. And it worked out so well! A few years of growth later (...and a couple kids later...) they're now available for purchase at various markets each year, at a number of local retail stores year round, as well as for free local pickup at their home in Pitt Meadows, or for shipping Canada-wide.

Imagine yourself sitting on a couch it's a Saturday afternoon and you start to crave something sweet and then you realize...you have a jar of cookie mix in your cupboard! 30 minutes later you're enjoying delicious freshly baked cookies, now you're happy, your family is happy ,day's officially saved! VOILA!
Honestly making the cookies was easy, fast, clean. I loved making them! I just poured the mix in a bowl added eggs & butter and started mixing...!
